For the ultimate Friday ritual, we recommend the ASCARO Morning Club: our signature start to the weekend featuring training, ice baths, sauna sessions, and cold smoothies high above the city rooftops.

Step into a training environment where community and personal bests coexist. Our HYROX sessions are strategically designed to improve your endurance, strength, and technique, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.

The barrier to entry is low—but the ceiling is high. Quite literally.

We constantly vary the format to create a complete training experience. One day we focus on individual movements and technique; the next, we run the classic HYROX race format, giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself or compete alongside a friend.

Our coaches guide every movement with precision and just the right amount of direct, constructive feedback. You decide your own intensity level, although the rooftop environment tends to bring out everyone's competitive side.

We offer approximately six training sessions and two dedicated yoga classes every week to keep both your fitness and mobility at their peak.

The Ultimate Challenge for Competitive Minds

If you're motivated by the clock—or simply want to prove to yourself that you're capable of more than you think—our sessions are the ideal preparation for a HYROX competition.

The official format is as brutal as it is brilliant: one kilometre of running alternated with functional fitness stations, repeated eight times. Each running segment ends at a station designed to test both your physical conditioning and your mental resilience.

Think of it as an incredibly long and demanding tie-break—but for your entire body.

The Stations You'll Master With Us

SkiErg The ski machine that challenges your upper-body strength before your legs have even realised what's happening.

Sled Push The sled needs to move forward. Pure determination packaged into heavy kilograms grinding against the floor.

Sled Pull The same sled—now it's time to bring it back. This is where we test your pulling power and your ability to stay focused when fatigue starts to take over.

Burpee Broad Jumps Burpees combined with broad jumps. Exactly as demanding as it sounds—but the feeling afterwards is unbeatable.

Rowing The rowing machine, where rhythm and mental sharpness become crucial during one of the race's most decisive phases.

Farmers Carry Walking with heavy weights. Simple rules, a demanding reality, and an excellent test of grip strength.

Sandbag Lunges Lunges with heavy sandbags across your shoulders. Your legs will thank you tomorrow—or at least sometime next week.

Wall Balls Squats combined with precision throws against a target. The final station before you can finally catch your breath and call yourself a true finisher.
