Experience HYROX training in an energizing setting where community and challenge are in focus. Our sessions boost your endurance, strength, and technique—perfect for all fitness levels. Each session offers a unique HYROX experience. Sometimes we focus on specific exercises, and other times we stick to the classic format. Our coaches guide you every step of the way while you set your pace and choose to train solo or with a friend. We offer approximately six workout sessions and two yoga classes each week.

HYROX COMPETITION FORMAT

Do you want to compete? Our sessions are the perfect preparation. In this format, 1 km of running alternates with functional strength exercises—each running segment ends at a station that tests your fitness, strength, and endurance. The competition stations include:
