Everything You Need to Know About Sauna & Ice Baths at ASCARO

How many people fit in the sauna? Our sauna accommodates up to eight guests at the same time.

How cold is the ice bath? We offer Stockholm's sharpest contrast experience: the water is maintained at 0°C (32°F). Stay in as long as your mindset—and your body—allow.

What does it cost? Drop-in: SEK 200 per person. Private booking: SEK 695 for exclusive access to the entire sauna and ice bath

What should I bring? Please bring swimwear, flip-flops, and a padlock for your locker. Towels are always available to rent on-site, so you can travel light.
